Our Services

  • Attend a site meeting with the client to discuss project requirements and expectations. Following the meeting, document key discussions, observations, and initial ideas, and then prepare and provide a return brief that summarises the outcomes and outlines the next steps.

  • Develop a digital plan informed by a high-resolution aerial image or survey, supported by a site inspection to verify existing conditions. Undertake a comprehensive site analysis, considering factors such as wind, hydrology, vegetation, EVCs, geology, and transport connections. Engage in consultation with relevant community groups and project consultants, and use these inputs to inform the layout of sports grounds and facilities, as well as the positioning of proposed buildings, roads, planting, and windbreaks.

  • Prepare an initial sketch based on the project brief, then present the sketch to the client for review and feedback. Following this, obtain client approval to proceed to the concept design phase.

  • Prepare a landscape package informed by the features and levels survey, incorporating feedback from the sketch design. This package should include plant schedules suitable for town planning, along with general levels, surfaces, and grading. Provide relevant details and sections for town planning and client presentation, as well as preliminary material selections. Include general notes and supporting information to satisfy planning requirements, and complete a planning submission if required.

  • Provide supporting landscape evidence to address planning matters, alongside a detailed investigation of relevant town planning requirements. Where necessary, participate in barristers’ conferences to support the case, and represent the project through a VCAT appearance if required.

  • Refine the agreed concept design in further detail, incorporating elements such as an external lighting proposal and general irrigation specifications. Develop full plant schedules, including any adjustments to pot sizes as required. Prepare a bill of quantities and define the scope of works, assembling documentation for tender submission to suitable landscape contractors. Present the package to the client, along with contractor quotes, and provide budget adjustments and cost analysis for comparison. Finalise the process by securing client agreement and selection of the preferred contractor.

  • This stage involves the preparation of all necessary drawings to facilitate construction of the agreed works. It includes the development of detailed drawings, levels, and specifications required for construction, along with coordination with other consultants. All landscape elements are to be set out accurately, culminating in the presentation of a final documentation package to the client, ready for construction.

  • Attend a site meeting with the client and contractor to review the proposed works in detail. Discuss and confirm the program, including the schedule of works and key dates for Practical Completion (PC) and Final Completion (FC) meetings. At the PC stage, identify and address any defects, while ensuring plant stock and materials are available, or recommending suitable alternatives where necessary. Undertake drawing reviews and implement any required changes throughout the process
